Food Strategy Associates is pleased to announce the successful completion of international commercial due diligence on Isla Délice, a French manufacturer of Halal meat products, on behalf of leading Private Equity Investor, A&M Capital Europe.
The project involved an assessment of a number of markets, with a focus on European markets outside of France, to assess consumer and retailer appetite for Isla Délice’s products and brands and what range and approach would be needed to expand the number of retailers, sales velocity and distribution levels, taking into account consumer cuisine preferences, retailer space strategies and competitors’ ranges.
