Over the course of the last year, Food Strategy Associates has welcomed 5 new team members to support a year of considerable growth:
Richard Wyborn, Director (Middle-left) – Richard brings 15 years’ experience providing strategic advice / support to food & beverage companies. He worked as a Strategic Projects Manager at SABMiller and was Strategy Directorand an Executive team member at Science in Sport plc. He also brings top-tier consulting experience, working as a Senior Consultant at Bain after completing his MBA at INSEAD.
Annabella Scannone, Senior Consultant (Middle) – Annabella joins with 7 years management consulting experience at LEK in London and Adv+ in Venezuela, and has completed numerous VDD, growth strategy, product portfolio restructuring, and supply chain optimisation projects. She holds an MBA from INSEAD.
Jay Mehta, Senior Analyst (Left) – Jay brings hands-on experience from the plant-based food industry where he worked as the lead commercial planning analyst at VBites Foods, with a focus on pricing, portfolio optimization and international growth strategy. He was previously a strategy consultant with EY-Parthenon & Discovery Education.
James Milner, Analyst (Right) – Prior to joining Food Strategy Associates, James worked at James Cook University and the Department of Agriculture and Water Resources as a data scientist with a focus on environmental modelling. James also has international experience working in marketing in the UK and Australia.
Harry Turner, Analyst (Middle-right) – Prior to joining Food Strategy Associates, Harry gained experience in the insurance industry as a Market Insight & Strategy Analyst, focused on increasing profitability across multiple business lines. In addition, he has experience working with Private Equity clients in an operational consulting environment. He has a First Class BSc in Economics from the University of Bath.
