Strategy Workshop for an early stage business


Prior to the workshop, we reviewed business and customer trends and profitability and identified hypothesis that underpinned business performance.  We led discussions on competitive trends, implications for pricing, product range strategies and routes to maximise profitability from mix, supply chain options and funding strategies.  We developed a handful of new approaches to the business, options to improve profitability, areas of commercial focus and promotional strategies to increase business learning, cut costs and drive growth.

We continue to work with the business as it develops.
