In 2017 we worked with Amidori to develop a commercial strategy for the business. Having also identified the need for additional funding to support the growth ambitions of the business we then advised Amidori on a fund-raising process, provided support to thew management and prepared key vendor documents.
We worked alongside management and other advisers in preparing management information for presentations, including market evaluation and competitor analysis.
We prepared key vendor documents including:
A report on manufacturing operations which identified cost levels the business could deliver as it passed various scale hurdles and optimised the manufacturing footprint.
A report on the know-how of the business, how unique that intellectual property was and what barriers existed for competitors to replicate the Amidori technology.
