Food Strategy Associates were appointed by a private equity firm to conduct commercial due diligence of Grenade, a high protein bar and performance nutrition manufacturer. Grenade are now the number one protein bar brand in the UK (IRI in The Grocer, 2019).

- Reviewed business performance with management

Our client ultimately did not pursue the acquisition.
